The lines: G. Beslux Atox, Beslux Atox, Beslux Gear Atox, etc. have been developed specifically for lubrication of machinery and installations within the supply industry, where incidental contact with foods can occur.
What is NSF Certification?
NSF classifies food grade lubricants into H1, H2 and H3. NSF H1 is suitable for “incidental contact” between lubricating oil and food or drink. It can be used as a protective anti-rust film, gasket or sealing tank separator for food processing equipment, or as a lubricant for mechanical parts and equipment at the position where food may be connected.
Why should we use lubricating oil with NSF H1 certification?
According to exposure risk levels, NSF H1 certified lubricating oil is required for baking furnace production line, conveying equipment, mixer and other equipment so as to reduce secondary pollution caused by the lubricant.
What is NSF 3H certification?
When the food processing factory uses the food grade mold release, it is required to follow the NSF 3H specification.
Why should we use the mold release with NSF 3H certification?
The white oil product is used as the mold release on the dough divider. Because it will contact with the dough, it is required to use the white oil with NSF 3H certification to reduce the secondary pollution and risk caused by the mold release.

During high-temperature operation, lubricants will have oil vapour evaporation. The chains are easy to deposit carbon because of lubricating oil. Avoid secondary pollution caused by oil vapour easily volatilizing to products.

MOSH/MOAH FREE
Why do we need MOSH/MOAH free lubricants?
Since mineral oil can enter food products along with food processing and supply chains, its contamination has been found in a variety of food products today. Potential sources of mineral oil (MO) are fuel, exhaust gas, lubricants, surface treatment agents, batching oils, packaging materials, etc. Some of the global food industry leaders have started to require OEMs to choose food-grade lubricants that do not contain MOSH/MOAH.
